The Picnic Club elevates the traditional picnic into a magical escape, where you’re free to unwind and indulge in decadent treats, all while creating cherished moments with loved ones.

A luxury picnic is a special way to celebrate any occasion; be that a proposal, a birthday, a baby shower, an anniversary, a bachelorette or a simple date night. We offer two picnic options, held at your preferred location, as well as curating bespoke picnic experiences tailored to you.

Your picnic reservation includes the following items to accommodate the total number of guests under your reservation:

To Book

To book simply email hello@thepicnic-club.com with your preferred picnic option, date, time and location. If none of the picnic options above suit you, please mention this in your email and we will do our best to customize a picnic to your needs.

Please note that once a picnic is booked, the cost is non refundable.

If something crops up and you need to cancel, we are happy to reschedule for another more suitable date. In unfortunate circumstances where the weather turns bad and rain is forecast we will either relocate to an indoor location of your choice or reschedule the picnic.

What Happens Next

Once we've secured your picnic date and time via email, we'll send you a link to make payment, along with our agreement. A confirmation email will be sent once the agreement has been signed and the payment has been made. Payment is always collected online at the time of booking.

What To Expect on The Day

Our team will arrive 1 hour prior to your picnic start time to complete set up, we'll greet you upon your arrival, then leave you to enjoy your picnic alone. We'll return again at the agreed time to clear up.

**Please note that alcoholic beverages are not provided with our picnics, if you wish to have alcohol with your picnic you may supply it to us beforehand or bring it with you.**
